O R D E R

Petitioner submitted a representation on 21.7.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2 stating that the third respondent has encroached upon the Government odai poramboke land in survey No.667 of Madhavaram village. It has also been alleged therein that fabricated records has been created in favour of the third respondent. Seeking action on the said representation made, the petitioner has come forward by this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the above said representation dated 21.7.2015 made by the petitioner, either by himself or any of his subordinate officer, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
