ORDER

The petitioner filed a statutory appeal before the Principal District Court, Vellore, challenging the order dated 10.06.2015, passed by the respondent herein.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the appeal was not taken up for hearing. It is the further grievance of the petitioner that stay petition also is kept pending without passing orders. However, the respondent resorted to recovery pending appeal. The petitioner is therefore before this Court to

fix outer time limit for disposal of the proceedings.

3. The learned Principal District Judge, Vellore, is directed to dispose of the statutory proceedings in CTA No.16 of 2015 on merits. The said exercise shall be completed within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.11.2016 ogy To
