ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to modify the conditions mentioned order 9(1) petitioner should herself with another person should execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- as per 2019 C.R.P under form No.50 before the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.1051 of 2023 dated 08.05.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is not able to produce solvent surety for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with another surety for same amount. Therefore, this petition is filed to modify the condition.

It is seen that the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN 37 CK MAXI CAB is a case property in Crime No.09 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 294(b), 506(1) read with Section 120 of IPC. Petitioner was granted interim custody of the vehicle with a condition that the petitioner should herself with another person should execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- as per 2019 C.R.P under form No.50. 2/4

Considering the nature of the case, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.1051 of 2023 dated 08.05.2023 is just and appropriate and therefore there is no need to interfere with the order of the learned Magistrate.
