2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Since the case was registered in the year 2016, no time bound direction can be granted for completing the investigation. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and file a final report or closure report as the case may be in accordance with law.
