This court, by an order dated 20.03.2015, while granting bail imposed a condition directing the petitioner to stay in Thiruthuraipoondi and report before the Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders except saturday and sunday.

2. The petitioner has been regularly complying with the present order. Now, he has filed the present application seeking relaxation of the above said condition.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said condition is modified to the following effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent/police every first and third monday of every month (monthly twice) at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
