ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Munuswamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his objection dated 18.06.2015 which he had submitted in response to the notice dated 06.04.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his objection to the notice dated 06.04.2015 which has been issued by the respondent in respect of a land acquisition proceedings initiated under the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of the respondent, would submit that it is not known as to whether the authority has already considered the representation of the petitioner and proceeded with the acquisition proceedings.

In any event, if the representation/objection has not been considered till date, the respondent is directed to consider the same and take note of the facts pleaded by the petitioner and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
