Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey of the petitioner's land in Survey No.238/4E measuring about 5 1/2 cents situate in Marungar Village in Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District in patta No.1993 and to measure the land and fix boundary, make the corrections in the Field Map Boundaries Sketch (FMB Sketch) as per the sale deed and patta issued to the petitioner in pursuance to the proceedings bearing No.Na.Ka.A3/4235/2012, dated 26.10.2012 issued by the second respondent to the fourth respondent.
