This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the basis of complaint dated 01.09.2017, pending before the second respondent to the Central Crime Branch, the third respondent herein.

2. On the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction, the present complaint pending before the second respondent requires to be transferred to the third respondent.
