Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the records.

2. This revision petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif Judge, Sathyamangalam to dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2022 in E.P.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.426 of 2010.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.426 of 2010, seeking specific performance of agreement of sale and the same was decreed on 19.08.2015. He filed E.P.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.426 of 2010, seeking execution of the decree. However, in the meanwhile, third parties have moved an application in E.A.No.1 of 2022 in E.P.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.426 of 2010 under Order 21 Rule 58 and Section 151 of C.P.C. and the petitioner stated to have filed counter. It is submitted that the other respondents in E.A.No.1 of 2022 in E.P.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.426 of 2010 were none other than the sisters of the respondent No.1 and they have also entered appearance and the matter is posted for filing of counter.

4. Considering the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam to

dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2022 in E.P.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.426 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
