dated 24.09.2016 made in No.10369/DRDM/ C3/2016-17 of the Inspector General of Registration, Puducherry, 2nd respondent herein, and consequential implementation of those orders by the 3rd respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the GLR notionally for the year 20162017 on percentile basis, treating the GLR value fixed for the year 2012-13 as base and by adding 10 or 20% year after year i.e 2013-14, 2014-15, 201516 and 2016-17. The issue raised in the present writ petition is relating to guideline value fixation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner died. Thus, the grievance if any exists, the legal heirs of the petitioner are at liberty to pursue remedy by approaching the competent authority in the manner known to law.
