This application has been filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying under the custody of the respondent or his men.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the schedule mentioned vehicle has been seized.

3. In view of the same, this application is closed.

The learned Advocate Commissioner sought additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- and the learned counsel for the application has no objection for payment of additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner. Hence, the applicant is directed to pay directly to the Advocate Commissioner Rs.10,000/- towards additional remuneration.
