Ms.Tanvi, learned counsel for R2 and R3 is before us in the physical Court but there is no representation for the writ petitioner as well as R1 either in physical Court or on VC (video conferencing) platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court.
