Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel on record for appellant submits that the captioned main 'Original Side Appeal' (hereinafter 'OSA' for the sake of brevity) is directed against an interim order but the main suit itself has since been disposed of and therefore captioned OSA i.e., intra-court appeal has become infructuous, saying so, learned counsel has made endorsements in the case file and scanned reproduction of the endorsements are as follows:

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned OSA and captioned CMP thereat are disposed of as closed/withdrawn. there shall be no order as to costs.
