The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records comprised in Cr.No.854 of 2014 on the file of Vadapalani Police Station and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the Investigating Agency had completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet in CC.No.155 of 2015 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
