This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.7398 of 2022 on 13.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
