C.M.P.No.12780 of 2024 in S.A.No.544 of 2021 N.MALA,J, This petition is filed to return the original deed of power of attorney dated 16.06.2000 registered as Document No.753 of 2000 in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Virugambakkam to the petitioner which has been marked as Ex.B1 in O.S.No.22 of 2010 on the file of Sub-Ordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to produce the certified copy of the power of attorney dated 16.06.2000 registered as Document No.753 of 2000 as per the undertaking given in the affidavit.

3. Registry is directed to return the original deed of power of attorney dated 16.06.2000 only after receipt of the certified copy of the power of attorney dated 16.06.2000 marked as Ex.B1 in O.S.No. 22 of 2010.
