O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 10.01.2014 in W.P.No.9 of 2014, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that as against the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, review applications were filed by the respondents in Rev.A.Nos.33 of 2014 etc., batch and this Court, vide order dated 12.03.2015, by following the Division Bench order of this Court in W.A.(MD)Nos.1087 & 1090 of 2013, had closed the review applications.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact and submitted that in the subsequent selection process, the petitioner got selected.

4. Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) jvm //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2022.
