PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 18.3.2025 with regard to include the above S.No.287/15 extent 1 acre 31 cents in the revenue records and in the village account for the government purpose to construct union level women self help group federation building at Mullipakkam Village, Tirupporur Taluk, Chengalpet District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.3.2025 wherein he is seeking for inclusion of S.No.287/15 measuring acre 1.31 cents in the revenue records and in the village accounts for the purpose of constructing a union level women self help group federation building at Mullipakkam Village, Tirupporur Taluk, Chengalpet District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and the report of the Tahsildar, Thiruporur dated 06.5.2023 to the Block Development Officer, Thiruporur, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the issue and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
