ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Late A.Ramachandran, who died intestate on 25.09.2022 as bachelor. The petitioners are the siblings of the deceased. The parents of the deceased are predeceased him. The third petitioner is represented by the first petitioner as power of attorney agent since, he lives in USA. 1/4

2. The first petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the computer generated death certificate of the deceased A.Ramachandran as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2, shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased A.Ramachandran. The power of attorney in favour of first petitioner as Ex.P5. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners, with the power to collect the securities and receive the interest and dividends mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
