This Criminal Original Petition has been praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.22 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.22 of 2010 was completed and final report was filed in C.C.No.122 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore, and the same has been quashed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19163 of 2011 and Crl.OP.No.22033 of 2013 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

16.09.2013 on the ground that the parties had arrived at an amicable settlement.

4.In view of the above, this petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
