Writ Petition is filed seeking to call upon the proceeding of the 1st respondent dt. 29.07.2013 in Rc.No. 2320 of 2012/ A8 vu.e. (vuu) to quash the same and direct the respondent to inform the State Election Commission to conduct the election for the remaining period of three years for the post of Vice President and member of the Manamai village Panchayat.
