This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Clause (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in the above said Crl.O.P.No.11211 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Perundurai Police Station, Erode District, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court remains unaltered.
