O R D E R

When the matter came up before this Court on 09.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to post "for dismissal". Accordingly, the matter was listed on 09.06.2017 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that already eight witnesses were examined on 10.05.2017 and the investigation is nearing completion.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed and the trial Court is directed to investigate the case in C.C.No.51/2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvallur, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
