By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as Head Master (B.T.Grade) in Adi Dravidar Welfare Middle School, Alangayam, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District and retired from service on 31.10.1998, on attaining the age of Superannuation. However, the respondents have not paid his entire service benefits.
As per the orders passed in W.P.Nos.3586 of 2006, 18842 of 2009 and 2725 of 2007, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents have paid his benefits along with interest. However, for the delayed payment of the balance amount, the respondents have not paid interest. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation on 26.08.2013 to the respondents. On the basis of the representation, a proposal was sent by the third respondent to the second respondent on 12.01.2015. However, so far no orders has been passed by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.J.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.This Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents 1 and 2 on receipt of the said representation are directed to consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
