..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2.8.2021 and thereby direct the second respondent to furnish all the documents in respect of the son of the petitioner namely C.Abinesh within a time frame fixed by this Honourable court to the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.08.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the documents/certificates from the 2nd respondent School pertaining to his son, who was undergoing education in the 2nd respondent School. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has paid all the dues and all the certificates have been furnished by the 2nd respondent except the mark statement. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent undertook to furnish the mark statement as and when the same is made ready.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the subsequent development that has taken place in this case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to furnish the marksheet immediately after the same is made ready. It is also made clear that the 2nd respondent will not insist for payment of any other amount as a condition precedent for issuing the marksheet.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
