This petition has been filed modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.522 of 2024 dated 02.05.2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Special Court of Exclusive Trial Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai - 600 104

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners were granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.522 of 2024 by the Sessions Judge, Special Court of Exclusive Trial Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai - 600 104. While granting bail, one of the conditions was that petitioner shall produce local sureties with substantial solvency (both). Petitioner finds it difficult to produce sureties with substantial solvency. Thus, this petition is filed seeking modification.

3. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.522 of 2024 dated 02.05.2024 that they shall shall produce local sureties with substantial solvency (both), is hereby modified as follows:- 2/4

"petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties ( one blood related surety and one normal surety) for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court"

The other conditions shall remain intact.
