ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 04.03.2014 in IA.No.8211 of 2013 in IA.No.9187 of 2011 in OS.No.280 of 2005 on the file of the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 07.12.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for taking steps to implead the legal representatives of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was posted on 08.01.2021. On that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 18.01.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
