This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation, to find out the accused person and to include him in Crime No.292 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, no time bound order to complete the investigation can be passed.
