2. Despite the notice having been served on the respondent and name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration of the pendecy of the representation dated 16.10.2015 made by the petitioner before the respondent, without going into merits of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 16.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
