2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. Considering the submissions, the dated mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 28.07.2025 in Crl.A.No.682 of 2023 as "31.07.2025" shall be replaced as "04.08.2025". In all other aspects, the order dated 28.07.2025 passed in Crl.A.No.682 of 2023 remains unaltered.
4. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction in the order dated 28.07.2025 in Crl.A.No.682 of 2023 and issue fresh order copy by today itself i.e. on 31.07.2025.

JUDGMENT
Today, the case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that this Court by an Order dated 25.07.2025, partly allowed this appeal filed by the appellant and set him at liberty. However, the appellant is now confined at Special Camp (Foreigners Detention Centre), Tiruchirapalli, since he is a Russian Citizen. He further submitted that now the passport of the appellant is ready with the Russian Embassy at Chennai. If he is allowed to receive the passport, he can get tickets to depart from India.
3. Considering the said submissions, it is clarified that the appellant is permitted to come Chennai with Escorts, to collect his passport from the Russian Embassy and to depart from India. Hence, the appellant shall be released forthwith from the Special Camp (Foreigners Detention Centre), Tiruchirapalli, to visit Chennai to get his passport from the Russian Embassy.
4. The appellant is directed to furnish the address of his stay at Chennai to the Escorts and he shall return to the Special Camp (Foreigners Detention Camp) at Tiruchirapalli, on or before 31.07.2025. Thereafter, on production of tickets, he may be sent to Airport directly with Escorts to depart from India.
5. The Authorities concerned are directed to depart him from India whenever he produce the tickets.
