This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13284 of 2022 on 09.06.2022, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m, and Evening p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
