Writ appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent praying to set aside the order dated 11.12.2012 in W.P.No.23160 of 2012. W.P.No.23160 of 2012 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the petitioners professional fees as per his representation dated 31.1.2012 and 14.2.2012.

J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) The writ petition filed by the respondent claiming his fees for appearance in C.S.No.861 of 1999 was allowed by the learned Single Judge. The order is under challenge before us. 2.The respondent filed an affidavit dated 02.12.2013 indicating that he is withdrawing the claim.

3.We have heard the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the appellants and the respondent who appeared as party in person.

4.The learned Single Judge adjudicated the claim made by the respondent. In view of the treatment meted out to the respondent by the Government by sanctioning a sum of Rs.500/- as against the claim of Rs.1,91,269/-, the respondent is withdrawing his claim.

5.In view of the affidavit dated 02.12.2013 withdrawing the claim, nothing survives for adjudication in the intra court appeal.

6.The intra court appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
