This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 06.03.2020 passed in C.M.P.No.69 of 2019 in C.A.No.302 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode. 1/3

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was settled before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode on 16.08.2022 itself and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case.

3. In the light of the abovesaid position, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
