ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the respondent to register a case, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 11.01.2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner was threatened and signatures in stamp papers were obtained and he lodged a complaint with the respondent on 11.01.2015, but no action was taken and therefore, this Original Petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that she has not obtained any instructions from the police.

5. On the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondents to peruse the allegations in the complaint, dated 11.01.2015 and if any cognizable offence is made out, further directed to take appropriate steps as per law.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
