PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the issuance of Bills pertaining to the HT No.019094061880, Tariff H.T.III, 350KVA, Month April to July 2020 ; all issued by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same as it violates Regulation 6 of Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2014 and consequently direct the second respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner within a period to be stipulated by this Court in the manner known to law.
