Crl.M.P.Nos.7913 & 7914 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.Nos.8244 & 8243 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.8243 & 8344 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 6.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.8243 & 8344 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
