PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner reply dated 6.03.2026 for the one-time settlement letter sent by the bank on 28.2.2026 within a time frame; till such time the 2nd respondent shall not initiate any coercive action against the petitioner and quash the same.
