ORDER
The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to release the registered Sale Deed bearing Doc.No.3665 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025.

At the outset, it was submitted learned Special Government Pleader for respondents that the reason for not releasing of the registered sale deed is in view of the pendency of proceedings under Section 47A of the Stamp Duty Act. It was further submitted that the above enquiry would be completed, within a period of four months, and on completion of the same, the petitioner's request for releasing of the sale deed, would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, within a period of two weeks thereafter, agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the respondent No.1 shall consider the petitioner's request for releasing of the sale deed, within a period of two weeks 2/4
