ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10229/2025 in Cr.No.78/2025 dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
