This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3070 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.690 of 2022 on 10.03.2022 to report before the investigating officer on 1st and 15th day of every English calendar month until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer as and when required for interrogation.
