Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 6.8.2015 to provide suitable job to the petitioner's Eldest daughter KAMACHI, D/o. Late Veeramuthu .

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner contends that she hails from the Scheduled Caste community and she is living below poverty line and her husband who was employed as a coolie in Adhidravidar Welfare School and when he was working at Kalvarayanmalai Varam School, he died in harness on 10.07.2015.

3. It is further alleged by the petitioner that her son viz., Mayakannan gave an application to the respondents seeking compassionate appointment. Due to delay in the process, he paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- as bribe, borrowing the money from the money lenders. Since, he was cheated, the petitioner's son committed suicide on 05.10.2015 and a case has been registered in Crime No.181 of 2015 on 11.07.2015, under Section 174 Cr.P.C..

4. The petitioner would further state that she gave a representation to the respondents on 06.08.2015, seeking to give suitable job to her eldest daughter namely Kamakshi. But, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents so far. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition.

5.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

6.This Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents 2 and 3 on receipt of the said representation are directed to consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
