Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the Commissioner of Police, Chennai, the 1st respondent herein to direct the Inspector of Police (Law and Order), J6 Police Station, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600 041, the 2nd respondent herein to take legal action against the respondents 3rd and 4th herein along with their musclemen after registering the case based on the petitioners complaint dated 11.03.2015 vide CSR No.203/2015 dated 12.03.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
