Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 15.01.2016, 30.05.2016, 04.10.2016, 25.01.2017, 19.02.2019 and 30.03.2019 submitted to the respondents within a time frame. ORDER

The matter relates to re-fixation of seniority in the appropriate place for which the petitioner made several representations. However, till date the representations were not considered, hence the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
