When the case was taken up for hearing on 03.12.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 12.12.2019. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel.

2. It is stated on the Bar by Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, as on date there are no issues for the petitioner with the 5th respondent and it is stated that if there are any further issues, the petitioner may approach this Court again.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
