It appears from the order of the Division Bench on 08.08.2025 that the pendency of Oiriginal Side Appeal cannot stand in the way of further proceedings in the Suit.

2. In view of that, the records were sent back to the learned Additional Master No.IV for continuation of recording of evidence irrespective of the pending OSA and continue to record the further evidence.

3. The parties appear before the learned Additional Master No.IV on 14.10.2025.
