O R D E R

The petitioners, who have been arrayed as accused in Crime No.446 of 2017 were granted bail in Crl.MP. No. 1324 of 2017 dated 04.11.2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur on pre-condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5. p.m. until further orders. Subsequently, the petitioners have filed a petition in Crl.MP. No. 1537 of 2017 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur for relaxing the said condition and same came to be ordered that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m instead of reporting daily twice. Seeking modification of the same, the present petition is filed.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed in the orders dated 04.11.2017 and 11.12.2017 passed by the learned Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also affirms the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Cr.M.P. No.1537 of 2017, dated 11.12.2017 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur as and when required. All other conditions imposed in the orders passed in Crl.MP. No. 1324 of 2017 dated 04.11.2017 and in Crl.MP. No. 1537 of 2017 dated 11.12.2017 shall remain intact.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
