ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2015, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.
