This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the summons issued by the second respondent in Crime No.529 of 2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent police had initiated proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C.. against the petitioners. This summon was issued in the year 2014. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication as on today. Consequently, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
