O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to investigate the criminal complaint registered on 02.06.2022 in F.I.R.No.164 of 2022 on the file of second respondent and to file a final report expeditiously before the jurisdictional criminal Court to proceed further in the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the second respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 02.06.2022, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/4

respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
