ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representations dated 10.12.2013 and 06.01.2014 within the stipulated period of time.
2.According to the petitioner, he is working as a Priest in Arulmighu Rathnagiri Maruthachala Temple, Coimbatore. The petitioner has submitted the representations dated 10.12.2013 and 06.01.2014 to the respondents 1 and 2 claiming that he was prevented by the third respondent from performing rituals in the temple, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 and 2. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Though many grounds have been raised in this petition, which have been countered by the third respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for disposal of the representations on merits. Mr.M.
Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent have no serious objections for the same and submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2013 and 06.01.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
